How long does delivery take?+
Most orders are delivered within 12 hours after successful payment verification. Many deliver in under 2 hours.
How does payment verification work?+
After you submit your transaction ID, our team manually verifies the payment against our records. This usually takes 5-10 minutes.
What is covered under warranty?+
Warranty covers activation issues during the plan duration. It does not cover incorrect customer information, expired promotions, or accounts modified by the user after activation.
How do I redeem links and coupons?+
Each delivery comes with step-by-step activation instructions. Redemption links and coupons should be used within 24 hours of delivery.
How do I track my order?+
Use the Track Order page with your Order ID, or sign in to your dashboard for live updates.
What happens if I enter incorrect information?+
Incorrect email, WhatsApp, or transaction ID may cause delivery failures. Per our warranty terms, customer errors are not covered.
Can I get a refund?+
Once digital access has been delivered (codes, links, credentials), it cannot be refunded. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Do you ship outside India?+
Most products are global — you only need an email. A few India-specific OTT plans require Indian payment methods.
