Delivery Information
After successful payment verification, customers may receive any of the following depending on the product:
- Redemption Links
- Coupon Codes
- Activation Links
- Discount Links
- Promotional Access Details
- Account Credentials
Delivery Time
Most deliveries are completed within 12 hours of successful payment verification. Many deliver within 1-2 hours.
Warranty Policy
Warranty applies only after successful activation. If delivered access is invalid at the time of activation, a correction or replacement may be provided after verification by our team.
Once redemption links, coupon codes, activation links, discount links, account credentials, or access details have been delivered to your Email or WhatsApp, they cannot be replaced, exchanged, refunded, or reissued.
Warranty does NOT apply to:
- Incorrect information submitted by customers
- User redemption mistakes
- Expired promotions
- Already redeemed links or codes
- User-modified accounts after activation
Important Notice
Redemption links, activation links, coupon codes, discount links, and promotional access details must be used within 24 hours of delivery. Links may expire automatically after the validity period. Expired links cannot be reissued, replaced, or extended.
