Refund Policy

Digital products — no refunds after delivery

All products sold on UR24HRSHOP are digital. Once redemption links, coupon codes, activation links, discount links, account credentials or access details have been delivered, they cannot be refunded.

When refunds may apply

• If an order is cancelled by us before any access is delivered
• If a duplicate payment is confirmed by our verification team

Failed activation

If delivered access fails on initial activation, please contact support within 24 hours. We may replace the access at our discretion under the Warranty policy.
